Final result of the Shield Visualizer.
Changed PowerupID to the Shield’s ID#
Shield Powerup created.
Shield powerup animating in game.
Shield powerup assigned under Powerups.
Including the Shield powerup ID# in the random range.
Player invincible throughout the game.
Player will take 1 hit and return to normal.
Set up the shield for powerupID #2
Shield takes 1 hit and loses a life on the 2nd hit.
Shield deactivated.
Shields will be activated when the powerup is collected.
Player parented with shield which will be centered to player and deactivated.
Shield visualizer set to the variable in the Player script.
Shield visualizer turns on when powerup is grabbed, then deactivates when it takes a hit.
Adding new animation keys to the shield’s animation.
Shield Visualizer animating and taking 1 hit only before disappearing.
